Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of making payment to your order.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and we will ensure that you are updated on any changes that might impact delivery timelines. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders with a value of more than R800 are shipped for free within South Africa.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping
All orders are shipped internationally from South Africa.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Red Lion Accessories is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on admin@redlionfashion.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Red Lion Accessories does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to or Return Policy page.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@redlionfashion.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
